Officer, Mortgage Division - Credit Administration

To report to: Assistant Manager, Credit Administration

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that facility offer letters are prepared as per approved CARM/ FN/ PFS Products.
  • Ensuring that security documents.are in order as per facility offer letters and credit approval/ PFS Product.
  • Update customer security packages and loading securities in HUB.
  • Correspondence with relationship team, lawyers and other banks to complete security sharing agreements.
  • Checking property documents to ensure that legal observations are incorporated and all the documents are in order prior to executing registered mortgage.
  • Monitoring proper insurance on hypothecated assets/ home/ car, etc.
  • Monitor daily exceptions and taking corrective and preventive actions.
  • Maintain liaison with vendors and other service providers to conduct search in rjsc, arranging customer site inspection & land & property valuation.
  • Implementation of audit recommendations

Experience/Skills

  • High computer literacy
  • Preferably from Legal or Commerce background
  • Experience in commercial legal documentation, legal mortgage documentation and execution would be advantageous
  • Knowledge on Banking Companies Act/ Companies Act/ Transfer of Properties Act/ Foreign Exchange Policies of Bangladesh Bank is required
  • Minimum 1 year banking experience in relevant field.
  • Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Self starter, strong communication skills and supervisory capability

Mobile Sales Officer - Personal Financial Services

Responsibilities

  • Selling PFS(Personal Financial Services) products through field sales by achieving monthly target.
  • Implementation of activities as listed in the sales/action plan.
  • Ensure that all activities met with the requirements of the Bank by keeping abreast of all procedural requirements concerning various products and services.
  • To provide quick and efficient services to customers.
  • Prospecting/Territory planning.
  • Contributing significantly to achieve branch account & asset and liability targets through cross selling.

Experience/Skills

  • Self-motivated individual with strong drive to achieve targets within deadlines.
  • Presentable, energetic and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish good rapport with customers.
  • Sales experience gained in Financial Institutions would be an added advantage, but is not a requirement.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bengali.
  • PC literate.
  • Experience in handling customer issues.
